5. Product Orders and Fulfillment
5.1 Supplemental Educational Materials
Kemet Connections offers supplemental educational materials produced and distributed on a print-on-demand basis. Each order generates production specifically for the purchasing Customer upon order submission. As such, all orders are subject to the cancellation and exchange policies set forth herein.
5.2 Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of an order within twenty-four (24) hours of the confirmed purchase time by completing the Company's order cancellation request form, available at: Order Cancellation Request
Upon expiration of the twenty-four (24) hour cancellation window, the Company transmits the order for production and fulfillment, at which point the order becomes non-cancellable. Cancellation requests received after the window has closed shall not be honored under any circumstances.
Once a cancellation request is approved, the Company issues a refund to the customer's original method of payment. Refunds typically take five (5) to ten (10) business days to appear on the customer's bank or credit card statement, depending on the customer's financial institution.
5.3 Damaged Product Exchange Policy
All sales are final. The Company does not issue refunds or accept returns under any circumstances. The Company provides exchanges exclusively for products that arrive damaged due to carrier handling and render the entire item unusable upon receipt.
To qualify for an exchange, the Customer must satisfy all of the following requirements:
The Customer must file a damage claim directly with the carrier that delivered the product within forty-eight (48) hours of the confirmed delivery date;
The Customer must submit the exchange request through the Company's exchange request form, available at: Damaged Product Exchange Request within seventy-two (72) hours of the confirmed delivery date, including the carrier claim number, date the claim was filed, and clear photographic documentation showing the product is entirely unusable;
The reported condition must fall within the qualifying category set forth above, as determined by the Company in its reasonable discretion.
Exchange requests submitted outside the required timeframes, lacking required carrier claim documentation or photographic evidence, or involving conditions outside the qualifying category are not eligible for exchange consideration. The Company confirms all claims directly with the carrier prior to processing any exchange. The Company processes all approved exchanges at its sole discretion. Under no circumstances does the Company issue monetary refunds in connection with any product order.
6. Digital Downloads
6.1 Delivery, Access Window, and Customer Print Requirements
Upon successful completion of payment, the Customer receives access to purchased digital educational content for a period of forty-eight (48) hours from the date and time of purchase confirmation (the "Download Window"). The Customer bears sole responsibility for downloading all purchased digital content within the Download Window. The Company does not extend, restore, or reissue download access under any circumstances following expiration of the Download Window.
Digital download coloring sheets offered through this Site require the following equipment and materials for printing, which the Customer bears sole responsibility for obtaining and maintaining:
Standard 8.5 x 11 inch printing paper; and
A printer with black and white printing capability.
Kemet Connections does not supply, provide, or arrange printing materials, paper, or printing services of any kind. The Customer's ability to print downloaded content depends entirely upon the Customer's own equipment, materials, and technical resources. The Company bears no liability for a Customer's inability to print downloaded content due to insufficient equipment or materials, and such circumstances do not qualify the Customer for a refund, credit, or extended download access.
6.2 No Refund Policy
All sales of digital downloads are final at the time of purchase. The Company does not issue refunds, credits, or exchanges for digital download purchases under any of the following circumstances:
The Customer fails to download the purchased file within the forty-eight (48) hour Download Window;
The Customer successfully downloads the file and subsequently determines the content does not meet personal expectations or preferences;
The Customer lacks the equipment or materials necessary to print the downloaded content;
The Customer encounters technical difficulties attributable to the Customer's own devices, software, internet connection, or systems rather than a verified failure of the Company's delivery infrastructure.
By completing a digital download purchase, the Customer expressly acknowledges receipt of this no-refund policy and consents to its terms. The Company strongly encourages all Customers to review product descriptions, previews, and all available product information thoroughly prior to completing any digital purchase.
